As we can all agree, we are in a global crisis with supply vs. demand. This is evident with most industries in North America such as wood, metal, produce etc. After mass production of masks, Filters and increasing Hepa demands our manufacturers and thus suppliers are dealing with supply material delays.
It is very unpredictable right now to pinpoint which items are in stock or delayed since media materials and metal supplies are arriving as available. But it is rather safe to assume all items Merv 11 and up to hepa products will move slower.
On average our orders are taking a week to push out. If you are in need of urgent delivery we recommend you place your order by phone and request a rush.
Our staff is working very hard [most of them from home] and spending A LOT of time on the phones with suppliers to allocate products. This means you are likely to receive a voicemail as they are working on their cellphones. PLEASE leave a message so we know you called!
In addition to shipping delays there are pickup restrictions from some locations and Alternate delivery methods are used. So we do ask if you have a concern about delay to call our office.
We are not at this point able to email/call each customer to inform them of a delay. It should be generally assumed that delays are in effect. Again, please call us to request a rush or find out about delivery times.
